WHAT SETS US APART
"If you have legal issues, we want to be the go-to law firm to help you solve them. Commercial transactions, litigation, taxation, and real estate law - we do it all while treating your business as if it were our own."
~Vinicuis Adam, President and CEO
Accessabilty, responsiveness, and true engagement
We provide dedicated legal counsel to give you the best outcome for your particular goals and needs. That means we’ll engage you in meaningful dialogue. You’ll have every opportunity to communicate with us (no billing for phone calls, emails, video or in-office consultations) and you will never be left wondering what is going on with your case. We care more about having a complete understanding of your goals and concerns than billing you for every minute possible like traditional law firms.
Predictable flat rate billing
Uncertainty is a terrifying situation for business owners, especially during litigation. We provide flat-rate billing so you know from the start how much you will be billed for a service or the filing, maintaining, or defending a lawsuit. Our goal is to provide our clients with access to expert legal advice whenever they need it with certainty that they will not receive unexpected bills.
Consider us in-house counsel
You need to focus on what you do best – your business. We’ll enable you to do that by collaborating with you as if we were your in-house counsel.
Reviewing your business goals, ensuring compliance, planning for growth, and developing contracts that protect your interest are just some of the things you can expect from us.
From business organization and structuring to mergers and acquisitions to litigation, we anticipate your needs and provide your company with the advice and representation it needs to feel confident and fortified.
Florida is a magnet for international trade. Our firm works with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, brokers and transporters in developing contracts, ensuring compliance, negotiating and resolving disputes with other companies and regulatory agencies.
